With the high speed development, a huge growing space has been created for Anhui Yingliu Group. 　　Early year 2002, President Frank Du made his decision: set up Yingliu’s own college, with a integrating the human resource in the altitude universities and colleges, to resolve the lack of talent in the foundry industry, and come into being a talent competitive ladder in the group. A principle to run the school has been raised clearly, i.e., combined the teaching and practice, combined the teaching with cases, and combined the teaching and studying with new material, new processes and new products.

　　October 1st, 2002, a Workers College was set up in cooperation with the Hefei Industry University in the group, which is a first one college run by an enterprise in Anhui Province with an investment of millions of RMB.

　　All of the tuition fees, textbooks’ cost of the students are paid by the group, and no less than RMB1200 monthly salary as well. A college degree will be issued to the students by the Hefei Industry University after the education and strict examination, which is qualified nationally. After graduation, they will be hired by the group in the corresponsive work position.

　　A very good result comes out from the rigorous management, the strict and impartial discipline and the precise teaching method. The 80 students graduated from the first and second classes have been entered their working position smoothly, and plays an important role in the technical and quality department.
